Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bethlehem follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Staff was nice, but rooms are outdated and dirty. Carpets need to be cleaned. The room still had someone else's underwear in the drawers, so housekeeping definitely isnt cleaning properly. Even after I cleaned the room myself and asked for new sheets, I still wasnt comfortable staying. Non-smoking hotel, but the halls smelled like cigarettes and weed. Wont stay again.

We have had a fair share in staying in extended hotels. This one looked great online but it was dirty. I had to bleach the shower curtains and the whole tube. Buy a mop and a vacuum to keep my room clean. House keeping would not enter our room to change bed sheets due to their fear of dogs. Very poor house keeping management. We were told it was mandatory for them to enter every 7 days to do a full cleaning. Ten days later nothing. We spent the whole day out with our dog so they can enter with ease. We ended up changing our own sheets twice. Mind you my dog is little. I would not stay here again.

I know this place gets busy, and offers longer stays and is cost effective, but I would like to stress the importance of cleaning the rooms. We walked into our room and it smelled like smoke and the tv was on. The carpets are filthy, and bathrooms, doors, walls (worst of all the couch) all look grimey to the point that we don't want to use the kitchenette, sit on the couch or touch the bathroom door (the shower had peoples hair in it) then doing a deep clean is key. The bed was clean, we think, could have used more pillows and the AC did NOT work well. Your front desk team was kind though, but we will find accommodations elsewhere in the future.
